Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Banquet

April 1, 2017

Each year, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation in Ely gathers together to eat, celebrate, raffle items, and inform the members of the progress that has been made. This year, the banquet will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 1 at the Bristlecone Convention Center.

The auctions and raffles are packed with top of the line firearms, dream hunts, unique home accents and a ton of old-fashioned fun. Things tend to get a little lively and it only happens one night a year, so don't miss out!

RMEF is leading a conservation initiative that has protected or enhanced habitat on more than 6.3 million acres, has secured access to nearly 670,000 acres of previously off-limits land, and helped restore elk to six states.

In 1907, only 41,000 elk remained in North America. Today there are well over 1 million elk thanks to the money and hard work invested by hunters to restore and conserve habitat.

With your support along with the efforts of the nearly 200,000 RMEF members, you can help us meet the challenges in Nevada and nationwide to help the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation carry on it's mission to ensure the future of elk, other wildlife, their habitat and our hunting heritage.

The more money we raise in Nevada, the more money we will have to use on projects right here in Ely.

Guests must be accompanied by a current RMEF member. Guests include spouses, children and immediate family. All other attendees are required to buy a membership.

Call Carol Carlock to purchase your tickets - (775) 289-4286

The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is encouraging everyone who supports hunting and conservation to get involved and take greater pride in our legacy.

Volunteer and Join Team Elk where we will come together to see old friends, make new ones, support the mission of the RMEF and help protect the most important and imperiled habitat across elk country.
